Well, my mama suggested “breakfast bliss” as a name for my cookies and I love it!
Here is the recipe, as promised. Try these- they are awesome.
Breakfast Bliss Cookies
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup apple sauce
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3 1/2 cups oats
1 cup flour
1 package instant vanilla pudding
1/2-1 cup of each the following:
white chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Mix together all ingredients except oats, flour, pudding, almonds, cranberries and white chocolate chips on medium speed.
- Add remaining ingredients gradually on slow speed until just combined.
- Drop dough by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden and delicious.
- Eat with a glass of milk. yum.
